So, After months of trying, I finally got this turkey finished. I had to carve the tail feathers twice, the head 5 times and a few other adjustments. There were many times when I wanted to cook it before it was finished. Anyway, I'm glad it is finished!

It looks great! In a way you did "burn" it... well at least the detail-work in the feathers! Great job!
