Here is the moose again after some more grinding and a triple leg transplant.  One of these days he'll get painted!

The first picture is 4 layers glued together that were cut out in the band saw.  The second picture is after a lot of grinding with my foredom rotary power tool.  The third is more grinding with the power tool plus the antlers.  The antlers were being carved with my chisel when it (the chisel) slipped and cut my left index finger (not pictured because I didn't take a picture of my cut and bleeding finger!)

These apples and the berries above were run through the juicer and they became the juice below.

And in winter!
More fog on the riverbottom.
a foggy morning on the riverbottom.
I love this view of the riverbottom taken from the boys west bedroom window.  I have pictures of this view in spring, summer, winter, and fall, though not from this window!

I took these pictures to show the coming of fall to our house.  Still watering the lawn as you can see.

These are pictures of our trip hom on September 24, 2012 after Mom's surgery.  I thought I'd lost the pictures but found them this morning (October 30th.)  It took HOURS to do this...the reason I don't do this very often!

Here's a couple of recently completed carvings. Immediately below is a toucan and below that a version of a porcupine that I copied off the internet.

Here is my scarlet Macaw. It has taken a long time to decide he was good enough to receive a paint job and the word "complete."
